Can't Connect

Common Causes:
- Firewall blocking
- VPN configuration issue
- Expired subscription
Fix Steps:
- Check if there is a 3rd party Firewall or Antivirus running, disable or uninstall.
- If either user is based in Russia then Microsoft Azure servers may be blocked by your ISP - this is beyond our control but you can try connecting to a VPN service to mask location.
- Check if a Pihole server is running - this can cause traffic to be filtered that Car Connector needs.
- Check if a hardware Firewall is in use - this will require Car Connector to be allowed through the firewall.
- If Car Connector is being used with a client who is a Main Dealer and their ICOM is connected via ISIS machine, Car Connector will not be able to see the ICOM properly - connect ICOM directly to the laptop/PC.
