Getting Started

Follow these steps to install and set up Car Connector for the first time. The process should take no more than 5 minutes.

System Requirements

  • Supported Operating Systems: Windows 10 & Windows 11
  • Not Supported:
    • Windows 7 & 8
    • ARM-based Windows devices (e.g., Surface Pro X)

Install the Application

  1. Download the Car Connector installer (.exe) from the official website Download.

  2. Run the installer. You may see a Windows SmartScreen warning. If so:

    • Click More Info
    • Then select Run Anyway

  3. The installation wizard will open. Agree to the EULA, click Install and wait for the installation to complete.

Log In

Once installation is complete, open the Car Connector app.
Navigate to the Login page in the left-hand menu and sign in using the same credentials you created on the Car Connector website.

Check Subscription

Once Logged in, you'll be taken to the Home screen. You will see your Subscription status and any errors with the configuration - click Configure Tool Paths for help with config issues.
If you need to purchase a scubscription - click Subscriptions
